Notes

- toshiro becomes the seventh "rookie" to win a championship. That's in the last three seasons where we have a new player(s) and one of them wins it all! So much for experience with the NLD.
- This was THE closest league in history. Only 11 games separated the best record from the worst. The previous record was 14 in NLD 23 and 52. In addition the Std deviation was also the lowest NLD 23 was the previous lower.
- Not surprisingly, there were four ties for number of wins. The top three spots, plus Jeep's 82 wins were not ties.
- We also set the record for highest lowest record, but missed by 1 to have the lowest high record.
- Best Record won for the 21 time and has won 3 of 5 and 6 of 9.
- Klx has made the playoffs 2 in a row and 3 of 4.
- Hawk snapped a four season drought
- Semper has been very tough, making four of past five and 6 of 8.
- JTJ held onto his second best overall record at .519 win pct.
- Stones still has the second best making the playoffs percent and still has the highest best record pct.

I guess that's about it.

I tend to stay up till wee hours, sleep till 11AM and out for most of afternoon--(a retired old fart luxury ) If my pick comes between 12 PM and 4 PM (eastern)--I will most likely miss it unless I have a proxy in. I don't like proxies in early rounds--because my strategy changes completely sometimes if a player I target gets taken.

In this case I just took an RP because I have no idea what I want to do yet

Well I've got the makins of a good staff...But something Funny - Kershaw was accidental, he was a B/U proxy to Bauer in Rd 2 and the draft went so fast I had not had time to take him down.

I'm no expert on proxies, but I *think* you can set it so that it only picks one out of the group?

I'm quite sure I will be on the clock when I wake up in the morning (approx 8:20 pdt). I want to see the next two picks. I was really hoping that Stones and Spidey would pick tonight so we could at least get around the corner but that didn't happen. At least Miller should be up by the time his pick comes up again....

I wouldn't do that normally - but 2nd round can be a tough one to lose out on - so wanted to give him some time.

You can set proxies to pick only one from each list. Here's a problem I didn't think about. I turned off proxies when I made my Ramirez pick, then turned it back on, without changing my first list to zero. I had wanted to only pick one from that list, then go to my 2nd list, but it picked Iglesias from my first list.

Ok, speaking of proxy fails, we need to pause the draft.

Big A has now drafted: Lindor, Correa and Crawford. *Pretty* sure that's a proxy fail....

Easy enough to redo the Crawford pick. What should we do about Correa?
