strat in a real life player summary

I was looking through the waiver wire in my ESPN fantasy baseball league, and ran across this description for Ji-Man Choi.

"Choi fits the Tampa Bay Rays Strat-O-Matic approach quite well as he's best suited in a platoon and, despite his burly frame, he wields a plus glove at first base."

Apparently a few people out there are aware of Strat and must play it if they are using descriptions like this.
