Starting Pitcher Usage

Hello,
We just completed our 365 draft (great time). But it was interesting because the two teams that were auto-drafted only drafted three starting pitchers by the computer. I was under the impression that a five man rotation is required to be completely rested. What are the rules for starting pitchers? Is a 5 man rotation required in all situations, or does it depend on the number in terms of innings pitched in the prior start? The fact that the computer only drafted 3 SP for those teams makes me think that in some circumstances less than a 5 man rotation would be needed.

Every team must draft at least 5 SP. Can you post a link to your league?

I really don't believe that our league is "public" in the sense that I can send a link to view the teams and the league pages, but, as I said, we had a team that had an owner assigned, but we left it on auto-draft the entire time because we needed it to end up being a "bot" team, and it only drafted three starting pitchers. The commissioner made the necessary pick ups on waiver claims to correct the situation for us.

Is this a "Rookie" league with SOM BOT teams? If not, then a link can be posted.
