With my backup catcher injured Hal keeps putting my catcher cooper as DH moving Banks to 3rd- Santo to C and bringing Smalley off the bench to play ss. And benching my dh platoon Noren and Walls

Did you skip a month on your tithe to HAL?

Sorry I know it isn't funny when HAL does crazy crap.

Maybe one of the following?
1. how you have your backups/platoons set in the lineups--are your catchers listed anywhere other than catcher?
2. How are your catchers and platoons coded in hitter settings? avoids/do not PR/No Def sub/do not PH, etc?
3. In team settings, what are your PH/PR/Def subs showing?

Thanks finally figured it out. Had an alternate lineup I forgot about that had cooper at dh and no back up catcher.

Oh cool--anytime stuff like that remains unexplained it makes it hard to enjoy the game.
