Why would HAL leave a reliever in when on F0 for 3 innings to give up 10 runs when there are other relievers available??!

I answered this at some length in the league mail.

The short answer is the computer manager no doubt determined there were no other pure relievers available. I provided a link to the new bullpen rules in the league mail.

They might throw less pitches than a starter but they still need rest. Since they don't throw as many innings they can rest only a day or 2 in between showings unlike 4 days for a starter
