So we're okay losing/wasting two hours every rd at pick 4? Jmp said he's not able to pick and hasn't left proxies.

That’s that kind of issues that we should be trying to solve. The repetitive side of it. Sometimes, it can happen but the problem becomes more and more present, as we’re getting in the more advanced rounds. IMO, that’s what we should try to solve by solutions like Terry or Meat proposed or by sending proxies. We’re not willing to make some good old managers quit. If that’s the case, I’d prefer that we keep on wasting some time rather than cause an exode. It’s just that is hard to keep a rythym and some interest when we have repeated skips. So please, could we use proxies a bit more when we plan on not being available guys ? That was my 2 cents and a half.

I prefer a speedy draft, but I know that some leagues operate with no draft clock at all.

My favorite one recently was a new 24-team retro keeper where we had progressively shorter time frames. People tend to lose interest, the longer a draft takes, so it seemed to help. In that one we had:
- No clock in rd 1
- 2-hr clock in rds 2-5
- 1-hr clock in rds 6-18
- 30-min clock in rds 19-28
