Any player who played for your franchise from 1961-current eligible regardless of the year of card. You can use any Willie Mays card for METS ...Bobby Shantz A's card can be used for Colt .45/Astros who ever selects that franchise

140 M cap
Use listed franchise name (NO exceptions please)
stadiums (Years listed for franchise or if none avail closest year)
