Can we trade the rights to certain players prior to the keeper drafts, like ... if I wanted to trade the rights to draft Duke Snider to someone else (because I prefer Jackie Robinson and have already used a Golden Age prior to season 10 to get Hodges and Reese), could I trade Snider PRIOR to the franchise keeper round to a different team in exchange for the future rights to a different player?

No. You could trade his rights if you name him as your Franchise Player for that Season. Your current rights on Snider, for example, are the rights to make him your Franchise Player. Once you do that, once you cash that in so to speak, then you can keep him or trade him.......
