I sent you a PM on this. It doesn't work that way. You have to set the divisions before the Draft runs.

Thanks for the info---I've set the divisions according the order of randomizer---the divisions are set. Everyone can set themselves to "ready for draft" and the draft should trigger.

Two bigs and Falcon to mark as ready, then the draft runs.
