Jeep has survived his injuries pretty well it seems as a sweep put him within a game of first. I don't believe he has any of the tie breakers however.

In the West, Semper swept toshiro last night so he's 3 back of Hawk who has the tie breaker. Hawk's Magic # is 3.

Here's a possibility on the "what if" game -- I get swept, jeep sweeps, toshiro wins two -- jeep gets wc based upon division record.

Not too divine for Division. It looks like you have tiebreaker vs. Stoney on h2h, so 2 games back with 3 to go is certainly a possibility.

WC actually seems tougher. You're 3 back of me with 3 to go, and my team lucked out vs. you this year, so I believe I'd have tiebreaker on run diff. But my scenario above wth 3- way tie gets you in. That would appear to require some divine intervention, but we've all seen that before.

Although our record isn't much different, I think it would still would be nice to be at home in the playoffs.

Ok, crazy stat of the season:

Joey Wendle had 50 hits against LHP during the season. EVERY SINGLE ONE WAS A SINGLE! Is that crazy or what? You have to figure he'd get *something* else off of the pitcher's card at least one, even if was an OFx play, but nope.
