why are games sheduled for the 8 th simulated on the ninth?

I also wonder why they never respond to questions? Terrible customer service they can't be busy now summer is here. Anyone else having issues?

The roster and lineup settings are locked in at 10PM eastern on the night of the game, any changes after 10 pm will not effect that nights games. (7PM out west) This is done to give West coast managers time to make roster changes for that night if they want.

There are usually so many leagues to run, that it can approach 1AM eastern for all games to play (and later if there is a glitch)--as far as I know, leagues are played in a random order, A league can be played at 10:30PM or 12:30 AM--It is difficult to stay up that late for results on east coast for most, but east coast maybe has a slight advantage with the 5PM waivers and the following FA frenzy in pre-season.

Yes, they never respond really annoying. Worst customer service ever but they take your money.

emails during standard EST zone business hours are always your best bet. I, have never had a problem with customer service via that route.
