I have a question regarding Supplemental Draft & what players are available.

If a player makes their debut in MLB in 2021, and is not yet carded, are they still eligible to be drafted in the supplemental draft?

Palmtana, I saw your note at the start of the draft that "anyone that's ever played a game in MLB" is eligible. I just want to make sure.
