I'm fairly new and have seen references to keeper leagues before. Can you explain what it means? Are there multiple seasons where you keep some of your players?

Yes--it is an ongiong league where teams get to carryover a predefined number of players from season to season. In this case, it was defined as 3 players and each team has unique stadium. There are other ways of setting them up as well (for example, a certain amount of payroll that gets carried over or a hybrid) but that this is pretty standard. After season 1, teams will declare keepers.

I have also seen in most of them they do a draft of one player that was not someone keeper. With the worst team getting first pick. not sure if we are doing this or not.
