24 Team 2000s Keeper League Draft Complete - loading

I think the large majority of managers do not agree with you. Many of us check several times a day. So it isn’t fair to those players that one or a few managers take a really long time to pick. Plus this is after you have 3 keepers. Also, the fact that you’re making a fortune in real estate is not a compelling excuse. We have to keep moving or the league will die. Please pick!

Also, a couple people sent me proxies if they knew they were not going to be checking in for a while. I really don't think it's fair to the other owners to not check in for over a day when your turn is coming up. Plus - RJNewman even told you that you were up and you told him you were going to pick. So, I think skipping a turn after 18 hours was a fair and reasonable rule to make the league run smoothly for the majority of owners and I plan on keeping this rule for future supplemental drafts.

Gordie, I love you man but I agree with Frankie35.

Coaches, I would strongly suggest you post your thoughts, it's not fair to Gordie or Franky if we all remain silent and not express our opinions to help resolve. Were all adults, no feelings will be hurt, by offering our opinions we can as a group move this forward and develop a protocol for future drafts.

I agree and support Frankie's decision as well. An 18 hour window now and going forward is very reasonable.

With apologies to Gordie who has always seemed like an upstanding guy, I also have to agree with Franky. I know what it's like when you have to herd cats like this, and sometimes you have to make some tough decisions that are best for the group as a whole. I realize Gordie wanted Maddux who was taken, but it's not really a big deal to slip a few spots when we're at the point of drafting when the top 90 or so players are already gone.

Well Gordie, I have to agree with franky. I was the first pick after you & didn't feel great about skipping you. However, there are 23 other guys here who do not deserve to be stalled while you ponder the decision of who to take of the top 100 or so guys. If you wanted Maddux that much you should have picked him when you had the chance.
