No clue. I don’t get it either. But we can’t change it now. As mentioned, we will take a close look at a number of the rules in the Spring.

Uh clearly I had no idea such a dumb ass rule existed, I'll try and work out other arrangements with unctarheel.

BTW the rules also say the draft is only 2 ROUNDS not three Also if you read rules 2 and 6 and take them togther, I beleive the intemt was to not have more than 24 (or 36??) players drafted, not to limit managers to drafting only twice. I BELIEVE ( and I say this because these rules are cribbed from rules I helped write for other leagues). That so long as the number of picks does not exceed 24 or 36 there isn't a problem with a manager having more than 2(3) picks.

Like I said more than once, the rules are a mess. I inherited this. And if you read through the old thread (which you shouldn’t do, unless you’re bored) you’ll see I was a fairly regular voice of opposition for how the rules evolved / were managed. We just have to deal with them for this one more season, then we will review / fix them next Spring.
