I like looking at the chart on the Standings page. It's like four lines converging into one.

Well, we won two, but lost the one game, 1-0 on a one hitter. Yup, the one hit was an HR by Voit. Of course, we only got three hits ourselves so....

We did manage to win a one run game in extras so that was good to see.

Right now we have a tie for first and we're 2 back.

The Central is also tied and toshiro is 3 back. Two REALLY close races.

We won't talk about the East where KLX is already setting his rotation and resting guys for the playoffs.

Got lucky tonight and won a couple of close ones and a blow out to pull into a tie for first. Gotta play Hawk who's been in first or tied for first for quite awhile. We're in his place so, just hoping to get one game at a minimum to keep it close. Only one game up on Randal despite the sweep. Gonna come down to the wire for sure.

The West race graph looks like a nicely woven pattern. A tight race to the end is "looming."

Ha! I see what you did there!

Wow, unbelievable, we got a sweep of Hawk on the road including a one run win where we got a 1-8 bphr from D'arnaud to take the lead. Crazy.

Well, it appears the Mowglis have peaked at the right time, and Hawk and I have hit a rough patch, only to have the Phanatics start winning at the same time.

So, I think it is time for Lightning, Hawks, and Phanatics to go back to the "Bare Necessities" here, to start catching up to the Mowglis and be "part of his world", or we are going to end up having to "let it go."

Still got a long way to go, but I have to say it *has* been a good time for hot streak. Just gotta keep it going enough to sneak in the playoffs!

We play Stoney tonight so one of you two have to have a good series!

I needed extra innings in every game to beat Hawk

And just like that our hot streak is toast with a sweep by Stoney. :( Stoney is now the hot team winning 9 of his last 10.

No need for extras in this series Stoney. Our best shot was in game 3 when we left 10 on base to his 3. Missed a 1-5 bphr in the 9th that would have been a grand slam and probably would have won the game for us. Stupid low HR park. :(

Oh well, at least we had some cushion. Don't have it it any longer. We play the last three in that crappy park so I hope we have a lead going into those or it probably won't end well for us.....

We do have the tie breaker with Randal. Probably need 2 of six against Hawk as we will *probably* have the tie breaker on runs scored. We'd have to sweep the last three from Stoney to get that tiebreaker. The division records sufficiently close between Randal, Stoney and me to make it difficult to predict in the event of a three way tie. It doesn't look like Hawk would be in position to have the best divisional record but it probably *could* happen so.....

I think KLX has clinched in the East. The Central isn't certain, but Jeep is playing well down the stretch and Semper isn't. toshiro has come out of nowhere to make it interesting.

Only four teams are out of it with 12 to play!
