4-ace starters and F0

When set to slow hold, conservative relief, and relieve after F0, I think starters can only go 12 innings or 170-some pitches (pitch count probably determines). I had Tim Keefe go 12 innings, 175 pitches, he faced one batter at F9, got him out, then suddenly dropped to F0 for the next batter.
