NLD 57 - Yo hon, it's a Johan NLD

Well, gotta say I thought we had a good matchup against Hill with Maeda on the mound. Definitely didn't see getting blown out and Hill allowing 4 baserunners. He only got 8 runners, but four of those were HRs so.... He's got a lot of HR hitters and against Maeda that's not a huge surprise. Just thought we'd be able to do *something* against HIll. Ugh.

Oh well, we don't have the match up in game 7. Anderson against Gray and in his park. I guess the only thing going for us is he lost Salvy for the next game.

Well, you are NEVER going to win a series where you roll 60%+ on the other guy's card. 65% on his card in game 7 which is ridiculous. We had to be over 60% on his card over 7 games. I thought that, maybe, we would roll on our card finally in game 7, but nope. Can't do it. Anderson and E Ramirez are too good to roll only on his card.

He started the game with 5 straight on his card and 2 hrs. We got our only run on a hr off of our card. One of 12 rolls the entire game. He got another HR off of his card with a rhb v Williams to clinch it.

He was just over .500 on rolls which you figure. I don't thin for the series he was inordinately on his card, but we just sucked at rolling. Just sucks when you can't roll anything on your card for an entire series even in the games you win. Hard to believe we could win 3 games. We averaged almost 6/game against in in the regulare season and less than 4 in the series.

Look KLX has a very good team, nothing against him and congrats. He matched up well against us with all his backwards rhp and our 6 lhb v rhp, but you HAVE to roll on your own card in that situation and we didn't. It shows when the second best offensive team hits .210 with a almost 5 ERA.

We will never win another NLD championship. We just can't do it.

Good luck to Stoney and KLX in the finals. Jeep, that was a tough loss, 1-0.

Sorry for the sour grapes, but I'm really tired of losing in the playoffs when you can't roll on your card. we're 4/24 in the playoffs.

Yes, a tough one to lose for sure. Congrats to Stoney & Keith, well earned. I fully expect the Finals will go down to the wire just like the Semis.
