It was an inside the park HR--Triples can be stretched to an inside the park HR--usually only by 16 or 17 rated runners, perhaps you have a bad arm in the OF too (it has a 50% chance of going CF - 33/17% to LF/RF depending on which way the batter hits, L or R)---1-2 chance of the Triple on that roll--10%, then maybe a 1-2 chance again of trying to stretch for the HR too.

Opponent probably had baserunning set to Aggressive or more likely Very Aggressive.

It is one of the max rules in the super advanced game, some are used online and some are not--that one is.

I had two inside the park HRs by Jarrod Dyson one season with 2012 set--still remember that, because he hit none that season---they can be easy to miss by a player that has N power, Trout can do it too.

I wish the replay would draw attention to inside the park HRs especially. You can stretch Doubles into Triples and Singles into Doubles too, and you tend not to know when it happens unless you closely examine the Play by Play lines.

we play the standard game....dont buy it...triple 1-2 single the rest can be stretched into a home run ? Not buying it at all.

i mean, why not stretch every triple in to a homerun by that logic, most guys who hit triples run 1-15 or better...lol

Seriously? You ask for an explanation. Someone gives it to you. And your response is "I don't buy it"?

Do yourself a favor, and buy the windows version of the game.

No, we DO NOT play the "standard" game. We play super advanced with max rules. Look it up.

Yes,...thats right Steve F...i dont buy, i can ask for an explanation and still disagree with it.

secondly we play the standard skill level, if that incorporates this type of baserunning i dont agree with it.

Also i can disagree with an aspect of the game and still want to play it.

stay off my posts unless your looking to contribute something or offer something to really think about it.

Standard and Advanced Skill Levels have nothing to do with levels of gameplay.
They are vestigial from earlier iterations of Online STrat and have nothing to do with, well, pretty much everything.
We all do play the same game.
