If the draft is 10 rounds, and we have to pick a ballpark, does that mean we're picking 9 players and a park, or 10 players plus a park? And is it safe to assume we can pick the ballpark any round?

Yes, 9 players + a ballpark, and you can pick your ballpark in any round.

I'd like to institute a pick clock after the second round. I'm not looking to punish anyone but I want to avoid having the draft get stuck if one person is delayed making their pick.

My proposal is a 4-hour clock that will apply between the hours of 9 am EST to 10 pm EST. I'm open to other suggestions, though. Any thoughts?

I'm fine with 4 hour clock as well. Assume someone will be willing to take proxies if needed?

I'm usually available and checking the draft board so I can reliably take proxies. I expect there are others who can too (if someone close to me in the draft doesn't want to send me their picks) - Franky comes to mind.

Feel free to start using proxies anytime, if you think you may be unable to make your pick in a timely fashion. I'm happy to receive anyone's proxies anytime.

As always, I'll check in and/or make a pick within an hour of a DM. I must confess though that I don't check the boards except once a day unless I get that DM.

That being said, if anyone wants to leave proxies with me, I'll be happy to take them and execute whenever you are up, provided I get the DM.

Since I'm at the turn, I expect to lurk after making my picks.
