This is not as severe as it sounds at first. He'll still have his $ and get to pick the same amount of players. A much worse situation is when you have a draft and have lots of $ left. But even then you make much of it up on Waivers. He can pick when he finally checks in.

If I went three days without a pick I would expect to be skipped and be ok with that...

I'd prefer to wait for the commissioner's decision on this. Siblinrivals obviously has no idea the draft is going on. They could be on vacation this week; maybe the only check the site once a week.

Also if they are out then there needs to be a replacement identified.

Also if they are being replaced, are we reorganizing the divisions? It would seem the west division would have a theoretical advantage if the 12 seed was replaced with the 37th seed.

Nothing for nothing, while we’re at this, League 2 is basically drafted and done now. Is the plan going to be to realign all the leagues AFTER league 2 completed it’s draft?? Because I can already tell you, there’s going to be a huge problem with that.

I would think any realignment would just be within the affected league, but that's up to the commissioner.
