I'll take the over.

It makes too much sense, especially with the holiday season coming...

To remove a player set, and add a new season on the SAME day.

Good point. I am already disappointed. ... And on top of everything, it will probably be an 1890s season. Doh!

I am hoping for 1968. If not 68 then maybe 67 or 65.

I will be surprised if it's not something between, 1975- 2006.

I am sure there are guys who would love a 1950s or another 1960s set. But just by looking at their customer base, something a little more recent is going to interest more people...

Either way, I am really getting aggravated with the wait. AT LEAST LET US KNOW ALREADY WHICH SET IT IS.

Looks like it is gonna be 1998. The year of the homer race. I am excited. I was watching baseball tonight every day.

Yuck, steroids to the max. Not going to play that season and I’m no longer interested in ATG since there is only one winning strategy - 4 aces, cheap hard lefty/righty relievers and maximum platoons. Is there any way to donate my credits to charity?

we already have 1999 so 1998 isnt that interesting to me. Really was hoping for a mid 70s set or early 90s

and djmacb, you can donate them to me :D

Does anyone else give a damn about the tainted HR record chase? Played a ton of 1969 leagues, but count me out of this one. Tone deaf choice by SOM

I completely agree. Wow was this set a dud. They really missed a chance here to give us a late 1970s set.

And , yes ATG9 is a joke. They ruined the game with the ridiculous bullpen changes. This is about as disappointing as it can get.

Nope! They really know how to disappoint. ... So maybe in another year or two they will give us a late 1970s set... I guess I should not hold my breath.
