JR Richard has always abused my teams. When I go smallball, I'd never gotten him with the first pick. So I finally land him. At the midpoint of a season, he's 4-13 and a 5.61 ERA in Forbes 09. Shane Rawley is 6-3 in an ERA at 5.12. Team ERA 4.28.
the question was who kills your team but when you have him is a bust. Unless my paranoia is correct and HAL is only out to get me this is the wrong answer. Because hopefully and I pray this is the case HAL is equally terrible for everyone

Willie Mays. The Say Hey Kid can score 90 runs and drive in 80 for me. While getting an OBS of .900. While in other leagues I see him collecting 150 RBIs and getting them at of pace of 4 a game against me.
Tie between Ted Williams and Joe Morgan. Williams in particular I start out with high hopes, then have to move him to lead off. The walks are great, just never seems to hit HR's regardless of ballpark in which I put him.
Morgan just ends up too expensive for a lead off or number two guy.
