Clutch Hitting stats on Sim Misc page

Does anyone know whether this is calcualting actual clutch situations or just counting the times a roll comes up as either a positive or negative clutch result?

My guess is the latter, but just wanted to know for certain.

At the bottom of the page it says this:

Clutch - Hits: outs converted to hits by the Super-Advanced clutch hitting system
Clutch - Outs: hits converted to outs by the Super-Advanced clutch hitting system

Mystery leagues don't get clutch results reported. It would be too revealing by letting you eliminate almost half of the seasons a hitter has on average.
