How do I get into themed leagues?

A lot of theme leagues are private leagues, with a full complement of managers already. Keep an eye out on these boards (ILC and ATG) about new theme leagues starting and leagues that need replacements managers.

And if it's an "open" league, you have to change your teams "cap" or "player set" to the cap/set of the league you are interested in - or you will never "see" the league when you go to join.
