Bobby Witt jr hasn't played yet; Jarred Kelenic did play and he is on your roster.

The rule doesn't preclude a prospect from being promoted if he hasn't been carded.
It means if he does get a card he has to be promoted.

I thought that prospects had to be promoted or dropped after 2 years (I was confusing this league with USKL3, which I also recently joined - my apologies).

If it's acceptable to the commissioner, I would like to change my prospect promotion from Witt Jr to Kelenic.
