Proposals that need your vote.
1.) A pitcher with an S(1) rating will be considered a reliever. This means that he will be a September Call-Up if his IP was less than 40 innings.
Y = Yes an S(1) pitcher will be considered a reliever. He will be a September Call-Up if his IP is less than 40 innings (or whatever the IP requirement is for a reliever is for the season in question).
N = No an S(1) pitcher will be considered a starter. He will be a September Call-Up if his IP is less than 60 innings (or whatever the IP requirement is for a starter is for the season in question).

2.) To maintain our stadium flexibility, consider the following amendment to our new stadium rule.
Owners that have completed at least 4 seasons at their current stadium will also have the opportunity to change stadiums after season 1 playoffs have been completed on a first come first serve basis. A stadium change must be conducted prior to the start of the 2nd season.
So the vote will be:
A - Owners may only change during the New Stadium Selection Draft.
B - In addition to the New Stadium Selection Draft, owners will also be able to
select a new stadium after season 1 and prior to season 2.
