you can have 10 prospects year drafted no longer matters....
we have a 4 round prospect draft after FA draft...

you have to clear 1 to 4 spots by promotion or cuts IF you want to participate in the prospect draft ....
you could of course just keep your ten and forego the draft...

As far as I am concerned a draft gets done when it is over. The time doesn't matter to me. Take care of Life first.
