Earlier today there were a couple of opportunities to preview the cards for the upcoming Season before they were blocked. If the Card Set as previewed holds:

lakeviewdave pointed out to me that the historical minimum IP limit of 29.2 is no more. The lowest IP by an SP is 26.1. The lowest IP by a RP is 21.1. We'll have to wait until tomorrow to see if those <29.2 guys make the final cut. If so, SOM is changing with the times.
