Keep a Dozen Rules

Initial Draft:
"1) The initial draft will be a 12 round live draft in December. Rounds 1 through 12 will be for players.
"
The second phase of drafting Rounds 13-30 will take place after cards come out.
After player draft Round 30 a stadium draft will take place

2) Any player that has had an AB or thrown a pitch in the Majors is eligible. Unleashed Set will be used. Actual Set if there is a shortened MLB season.

I don't see a distinction underscored that that at bat or pitch had to come before this season, but I'll defer and change if Chris clarifies
