Manager Winning Pctg will be calculated after the first 10 Seasons. For THIS round, the team draft will be from lowest Manager Win PCtg to Highest. (THis will give managers who had worse records a chance at the best teams)

Season #12--Take the 10 Seasons Finals winners plus the 2 Finals Participants from Season #11.....THIS draft will be in order of HIGHEST Manager Win Pctg to Lowest. (This will reward the managers who performed the best with what they had, and keep guys from tanking to get better draft picks seasons 2-10.
