Thanks, Grant. I prefer the decent-to-other humans option too. Especially because I think I had started some of the clerical and administrative help with the league by the time drafts happened last spring, so I'm most likely the one that entered the pick by Kevin onto the google roster in error.
I am sure I didn't check every entry last year to ensure no duplications. I tried to do that this year, and hopefully I was thorough. We're all responsible for our picks, but we are all busy, and I know in leagues that I'm not involved in entering the data, I am certain I lean on the commish to cover all the checks. This is an imperfect system with all the manual data entry; we're all busy and this is an avocation, not a vocation. The commish pay really sucks for the hours required, too!
