league for beginner managers

Hello, I would like to start a private league for managers with less than 5 teams experience.Currently I am in my second season, my first being in 2003, didn't want to rush things.
The league will be:
Player Set: ATG 9 All Eras
Skill Level: Standard
Draft type: Auto List Draft
Salary Cap: $80,000,000
FA Drop Penalty: 5/10/20% [?]
DH Rule: no
Waivers: yes
Postseason Format: 2 rounds: Best-of-7, Best-of-7
Opening Day: 3 days after draft
Managers may own multiple teams: no 12 teams auto-draft with waivers, no DH.
If you are interested please reply here, I have one friend who will join (he is in his first league getting beat up by 5 bot teams) so looking for 10 other players.

Tomorrow I am posting a public league you might be interested in - “5 or Less Championships”. All time Greats All Eras, DH, $140M. Open to all that have won five or less championships. Done this before, filled quickly.

Thanks for writing. For now I'm trying to figure out $80 with no DH, but as I get more experience I will definately look for your future leagues.
