I know there has been discussion on stadiums-- according to the rules, are we having a stadium draft following the FA draft ("each year). As a new manager, still would like to change mine. Thanks again

Okay, Heekin65 and Paul Kiggins have announced their desire to change stadiums. Would anyone else who is eligible like to join the stadium draft? I know there is some confusion about eligibility but you are only eligible if (1) you are a replacement manager, (2) it has been six seasons (three calendar years) since you have changed stadiums, or (3) your ballpark has changed sufficiently for you to qualify (I don't have the rules immediately handy, but they are clear).

Typically as a replacement manager you announce your new stadium immediately after accepting the team. The draft is for the prior members of the league.
