Once a league starts, how do you draft a new player, and how do you see what is available?

Find the Free Agents tab under the Your League tab. Use the search bar, find players, click their Sakarya to pick them up, provided you have enough cap room. To drop a player already on your roster, click their salary and you’ll be asked what you want to do with him.

What's a bit confusing is during the waiver period, you pick somebody you want to pick up to go on your waiver list, regardless if you have enough cash, and then you have the option to drop someone (presumably to free up enough cash to make it work).

After the season starts, it is reversed if you need to free up cash. You have to drop somebody and then you are given the option to pick a replacement at the same time. (Of course, if you have enough cash to pick up a player you want, you can simply do that without dropping anyone first.)
