is there a chart or guide about how often or frequently HAL will use these RP's? ex. would pitch 2 days in a row, then has to rest. or 3 in a row then rest a day? just looking for some kinda guideline. realize HAL will use everyone in marathon extra inning games. curious if you had 4 or five of these on your roster if HAL will rotate and use them daily?

I think this might be one of the mystery rules that came about when they eliminated the "super-reliever" strategy. My experience has been that it's very hard to know which RP's are available, and which are fatigued. So my guess is that there is no such guide... you may just have to wing it.
But here's a link to a team where I had a bullpen like you describe. It may or may not be helpful (and it also wasn't a very good team .)
Reardon was setup & closer.
Shaw was mopup.
Other two were both middle & behind-and-late.
All four were set to F7.
