1 Player From Each Era Draft

A lingering question from Hitmens in the ATG forum:
Question can we use a different card for the player we drafted as long as we stay in same era

--My understanding from past leagues is that you have to play the specific card you draft.

The rules:

The league will be $130 million DH - please don't join unless you plan on proactively partipating in an ILC draft for approx. 3 days, i.e. please plan on checking in every hour or so during the day to help keep the draft moving along.

The first Five (5) rounds will be conducted in the ILC (Individual League Chat) (Hopefully two to three days max)

Then we will load our teams and autodraft the remainder of rosters.

Rounds 1 thru 4 will be conducted in serpentine order. Round 5 order same as Round 4.

Each team will draft 4 hitters in rounds 1 thru 4 and then their ACE SP in round 5 (finally last pick gets an advantage in a league)

Draft order will be determined by a randomizer.
Draft order : Rd 1 (1-12) Rd 2 (12-1) Rd 3 (1-12) Rd 4 (12-1) Rd 5 (12-1)

You MUST draft ONE and only one hitter from each of the following SOM Eras:
Deadball (No Ruth 1920)
Pre-war + NeL + Ruth 1920
Post war
Expansion

No restrictions as to which round you must select your Era hitter in, as long as you ONLY select ONE hitter from each Era during each of the first 4 rounds.

The ACE SP taken by each team in round 5 may be from ANY Era.

These five players may NOT be dropped and/or traded at any time.

Once we are finished we will load the teams into a private league and autodraft the remaining players....you may select ANY stadium during the autodraft.
