Actually he could be notified through league mail right now, by someone in the league. I know J-Pav checks boards if he sees this. I'm in leagues with a couple of Owners in that league, I'll let them know as well.

I'll obivously accept whatever you guys decide...But its seems grossly unfair to have these deadlines listed on a Message Board only...No email notification...To miss the deadline in an unfilled league by 3 1/2 hours seems extremely petty. NOt sure where marking the team ready prior to the deadline would have affected anything. That's assuming I even knew there was a deadline...

The rules and deadlines are in place for all Owners. It's each Owner's responsibility to know and adhere to them.

The PC has never had an e-mail list. Maybe you are thinking of Barnstormers. Moose has one there. Managers need to keep current by visiting this forum. When introducing himself in the Spring the new Commish said that he was a stickler for deadlines:

----What I can't do is send out reminder emails. Everyone who joins/plays the Tourney is expected to know the dates of all the Events.

He has repeated this thought in many other threads.

Check out the rules for Event 4. Why not just mark your team ready as part of the process of joining the league?

It's all good...I respect the rules of the game...Fwiw, I didn't mark my team ready because I wanted to make sure it was entered...Tried to give myself a little time to finalize draft list. Came back and finalized and marked ready.

Got to get this league filled somehow. Nobody is hurt. No foul.

If everyone could chip in here and announce in your current leagues about the need for fillers in League 6.
