Wavier Wire Question...

Relatively new to the strat baseball online games. I had a question about the wavier procedure. If the league I choose for example is a $100,000 payroll. ( Example )... After I draft my team and lets say I use $90,000 of that for my team before the wavier starts a day or so later. ( Leaving me with $10,000 ) left

If I put in for players I want to possible get through the "wavier" period, do I just have the $10,000 left of my $100,000 that I put into my team then? Or can I go over the $10,000 left , and let go some of the players on the roster that I dont want? Thanks everyone.

When you claim a player on waivers, you'll be taken to a page where you tell the computer who you're dropping for the new player. The salary of the dropped player is available for you to spend on that transaction. So in your example you would have $10,000 in the bank, plus the salary of the dropped player. That's how much you can spend on the player you're picking up.
