I heard back from Strat support, and unbelievably, they said: "The reason why you weren't initially awarded the free team credit was because you had already missed qualifying for the playoffs at the time of the outage, so your team wasn't interrupted specifically."
I quoted what they announced, "players in active leagues," etc., and said I and my league were still active at the time of the outage, those were your words, how about standing by them?
I agree that they didn't have to issue anyone a free credit, but if you have terms under which you will, stand by them. It's called integrity and honor.
