Pitcher 15 game injury

I realize pitcher injuries happen, not as often in S-O-M as in real life, but exactly how does Dave Stieb, or any other pitcher for that matter, get a 15 game injury? This is a no-DH theme league, he was pitching to Beckwith when the injury occurred.

I assume there is a dice roll that triggers it, but all I see is a groundout to 3B on the pitcher card.

Does anyone know what causes pitcher injuries? Thanks.

not sure how that works but pitchers rarely ever get hurt in strato the way offensive players

djmacb is correct. And then-- if I'm not mistaken-- a split roll of 20 is the only way to get the maximum of 15 games. (And the pitcher had to pitch fewer than 200 innings in real life that season.)

It's on the pitchers hitting cards, all 8 have one chance for an injury.
