Creating a new league where owners will draft two franchises in a snake draft. After the league fills here we will run a randomizer to determine the draft order.

All franchises will be eligible for the draft except the Yankees, Red Sox and NEL. These exempted teams and pre 1900 orphans will be eligible as FA’s during waivers. Eligible players are any player with a card for one of your franchises but you can use any card. For example, Mark McGwire has a card with both the Cardinals and the A’s. Either card could be used by either the Cards or the A’s.

If a player has a card with both one of your selected franchises and a FA team that player can be selected during waivers. For example, Jesse Burkett has both an orphan card and a Cardinals card. If he is not selected by the Cardinals in draft any team can select him because he has an orphan card. Salary cap will be $250 million. Waivers two days after the draft. DH will be used.
