Here's the relevant section of the rules: https://stratomatic365.fandom.com/wiki/ ... ules#(27.0)_Pitcher_endurance

(27.61) A pitcher used as a starter in his last outing must rest the number of days indicated in the Super Advanced Starting Pitcher Rest Chart before his next appearance, whether it is as a starter or reliever. If a relief pitcher is used without this proper rest, consider him fatigued for the entire relief outing.

The SASPRC is a rare beast that is not available on the wiki or even with the Windows game but can be found via Google. In broad strokes it says that SPs tend to be fatigued for their normal full rest between starts unless their most recent start was unusually short. If they do relieve, then by rule 27.52 they'll need a day off before starting again. So there's a pretty narrow window, if any, as far as regular starters being able to relieve between starts.

Yes, that is what the rules say, however if you look at games #'s 77 and 78 here:
https://365.strat-o-matic.com/team/schedule/1705887
Heredia came in @ f9 in the 6th of game #77, and he also started game #78 @ f9 so there is some loophole here. HAL did not take him out in the 7th of game #77 and he lost the game. However he pitched @ f9 through both games, and Pizarro relieved with only 3 days rest (not an * starter) at f9 in relief in game 78.

Right right, forgot that rule 27.52 doesn't seem to be operative for 365. Like when you run out of relievers and a starter comes in, he's still F9 if he starts the next game. So good point, it's not quite as narrow a window as I suggested. Pizarro's appearance does fit with the chart though since his start was less than 6 innings.
