Yes. If you cut a player by the Nov. 30 deadline who was taken to arbitration then you will be responsible for their salary after arbitration settlement this year.

Phil: One last clarification sought, and then I think I'm good to go for tomorrow's draft at 10 am EST.

I have Tatis who won't be carded b/c he missed the entire season, and who I offered arb 1 to. There are several similar players on other rosters who are unlikely to be carded because they had too few IP or AB, but they were offered arb by their owners.

GG's promoted prospects should be listed on the cap sheet in pre arb season 1. Right now they show as having pre arb season 1 for next year, giving them 7 years of control when it should be six.
