Yes, if rule remains worded that way. Could be changed to "2/3 of current Strat users in league" if most would want it to be by the individual and not the team.

I have a spreadsheet of the entire cardset, showing which players are eligible for which seasons

I had planned to mail it to all managers as soon as the league filled, but have been sending it out one by one, as folks have asked for it.

We are using a rolling sub-set from ATG. The players are mapped by their actual start and end dates for their major league career into different eligible "seasons" for our keeper format league. So all the players with a year 1 listed are available for year 1; then going into year 2 there is an incoming player draft and any of the players whose eligibility expires at the end of year 1 drop out.

Example:

Braxton, Garland SP 2 5
Johnson, Walter SP 1 3
Vance, Dazzy SP 1 5
Young, Cy SP 1 1

Cy Young would ONLY be eligible for season 1. Walter Johnson can be used 1, 2, and 3. Dazzy Vance through season 5. Braxton becomes eligible season 2 and remains through the end of season 5.
