You must keep 3 players from your team at the end of the season. After the season we have 2 round draft of non-keepers and the order was from the worst to the champs of the season.

After 5 season we redraft from zero for remove the opportunities for somebody to keep brett each seasons.

I do a standings and the best after 5 seasons, win the title and a free credit from strat. 1 point per win , 5 pts playoff berth , 5 more to advancing to the finals and 5 more to the champs (like mystery tournament)
