Question about season 3 and on drafts:
...a) Picks 1-4: Teams remaining in AA Division from previous season, except that 1st round draft order for these 4 will be determined by lottery
...b) Picks 5-6: Teams relegated from AAA Division to AA Division
...c) Picks 7-10: Teams remaining in AAA Division from previous season
...d) Picks 11-12: Teams relegated from Champions Division to AAA Division
...e) Picks 13-14: Teams promoted from AAA Division to Champions Division
...f) Picks 15-18: Teams remaining in Champions Division from previous season
