Unless I'm misreading the question ... Just filter to the starting pitcher of your choice. Choose Righties and filter by Bal vs L descending, then reverse it for Lefty pitchers.

There's a way to search this on Baseball-Reference. But it says: "Subscribe to Stathead Baseball for full results." It's $8 per month. Here's the page where I began using WHIP and platoon splits (but I don't subscribe, so it only gave partial results). And, I'm not sure if I applied the search criteria correctly, it's kinda confusing:

Also says:
