It's not as easy as it might seem--a lot of factors to take into account. The teams which get a bonus will be very interested in which teams are not eligible/are not picked since that will be the pool they can pick from so that's another level of strategy.

Here's the code for the league--once teams are picked, the owners can start adding their teams.
