Have a couple of players that may be of interest.

Cal Raleigh - good power, projected top 10-12 C for next year
Buehler - usable as 5th SP this year. good for rebuilding team
Michael Busch - top 50 prospect. would need to carry this year

Primarily looking for 2b or CF but open to all discussions

I can't remember if ballpark trades are allowed, but if they are, I'm hoping to change parks so Wriggley Field is on the block.

stadiums may be traded at the end of the season. So now is the time to do so.

Also, the bottom 8 teams are automatically able to opt for a new stadium (stadium draft to be held). and any team whose stadium had big changes (see rules) may also opt for a new stadium.
